Return Policy – ​​Orneya Glow®

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

2. Return conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, tested or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

• The return must be made within 14 days of the withdrawal request.

3. Return procedure

1. The customer must contact customer service at support-orneyaglow@hotmail.com to notify their wish to return.

2. The customer receives instructions for returning the product.

3. Once the package has been returned and checked, the refund is made within 14 days.

4. Return costs

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).

• Orneya Glow® does not refund the initial shipping costs except in the event of proven non-conformity of the product.

5. Defective products or ordering error

• In the event of a defective product or one that does not conform to the order, the customer must send a complaint within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.

• Orneya Glow® will offer an exchange or full refund after verification.
