General Conditions of Sale (GCS) – Orneya Glow®
1. Company presentation The Orneya Glow® website is published by A.DERMO Expert Esthetic (Angelina Folsi), a company registered under SIRET number 80385136900030, whose head office is located in the Centre region, France. Contact email: supportorneyaglow@hotmail.com

2. Purpose The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) concern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by Orneya Glow® on its website. Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products and prices The products offered comply with current standards and are declared to the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal).

The prices displayed are in euros and excluding VAT, in accordance with article 293 B of the General Tax Code (self-employed business not subject to VAT).

Orneya Glow® reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting current orders.

4. Orders and payment The customer can place an order directly online on the Orneya Glow® website. Payment is due immediately after ordering and can be made via credit card (Stripe) and PayPal. Once the payment is validated, the order is confirmed and processed. Orneya Glow® reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, non-payment or incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Delivery Orneya Glow® ensures delivery in mainland France, Europe and internationally. Delivery times are estimated between 3 and 10 working days depending on the destination. A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped. Orneya Glow® cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days after receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or damaged products cannot be returned.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, provided that the product is intact and unused.

7. Guarantees and conformity

All Orneya Glow® products are laboratory tested and comply with current European regulations.

In case of receipt of a defective or damaged product, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the product and packaging.

Orneya Glow® will replace or refund the product after verification of the reported defect.

8. Protection of personal data Orneya Glow® collects and processes the personal data of its customers in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

The customer's personal information is neither returned nor communicated to third parties.

The customer can exercise his right to access, modify or delete his data by sending a request to support-orneyaglow@hotmail.com.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Orneya Glow® site, including texts, images, logos and graphics, are the exclusive property of Orneya Glow® and protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, exploitation, distribution or use, even partial, without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Disputes and applicable law

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the location of the registered office of Orneya Glow®.
